We've taken the complexity out of rental fees, so you're only paying for what you use.
Payment Failed.
There was a problem processing your card.
This could happen for a number of reasons, but in this instance we're not sure what happened as we don't have much more information at this time.
Your booking is unfortunately unconfirmed and your credit card has not been charged.
Payment Received.
You are being emailed your Rental Agreement. Make sure you read and understand it and if there are any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Vehicle access codes and other important messages will be sent to the mobile . Don't forget it!
If this is your first booking with us, you will be sent instructions on how to verify your license via SMS.
A few minutes prior to Booking start time, we will SMS you a code to access the Key Box and retrieve the keys to the Ute. This code will be valid for the duration of your booking.
You are required to take photos of the vehicle and keep them as a record of the condition the vehicle was when you picked it up. Photos of any damage not listed as pre-existing in the Rental Agreement should be sent to us at this time in order to ensure you're not held liable for damage you never caused.
The vehicle is to be left as clean as you found it and any accessories used are packed and stowed behind the seats.
You are required to take photos of the vehicle and keep them as a record of the condition the vehicle as you left it. If the vehicle was damaged during the Rental Period, you are required to follow the instructions outlined in the Rental Agreement.
The vehicle must be returned where it was picked up from, locked and keys returned to the Key Box.

Simplified Fuel Costs
Fuel and Insurance charged per kilometer driven at the rate you select when booking.
There is no limit to the number of kilometers you can travel in a day.
If refuelling is required, fuel cards are provided in each vehicle so you're not left out of pocket.
Unless tank is below half full, you don't need to fill up on return!
InsuranceEach trip is covered with the peace of mind of full damage cover insured by Insuret (Policy Number FLE030994)
Your Damage Cover Excess is the most you are liable to pay in the unlikely event of an insurance claim being made listing you as the at-fault driver.

Roadside Assistance
All of our utes for hire come with RACQ Roadside assistance which protects you in the unlikely event your rental vehicle faces mechanical issues during your booking.
